Electro Atoms 10 16 2021
In my mind there are majestic colors swirling on and around an endless canvas. There I create forms, substance both in spectrums of light and dark. They need each other to balance, complement and appreciate. Never to overpower. I show you what I see within through words, stories, and sound. The artist within me laments if I do not allow it to express itself in however way it wishes to express. The artist within me chooses to be tasteful, thoughtful, and aware of form.
There is enough overt darkness in this world. There must be balance. Balance it is.
I close my eyes. The pixel dust is there. I open my eyes. Again there they are. Visible electro atoms I like to call them. This is the paint and the infinite electromagnetic sea is the canvas. I wallow in the electro atoms surrounding me.

Cooking as an Art Form 10 14 2021
I like to observe how people cook. For me it like watching them paint. The intensity in the focus is very important. That's how I see they are connected to what they are doing. I understand how older generations of mommas always say they don't have a recipe or measurements. They just know or experiment. Better to start less than add gradually for finesse.
When I traveled more frequently I loved going to farmers market around town, little cafes, restaurants on recommendation from colleagues. I loved little local restaurants. They are gems. In Korea my colleagues brought me to various specialty restaurants around our region. Wow! Unbelievable deliciousness and real food, organic ingredients in the middle of nowhere. That's my favorite element of traveling: meeting local people, learning about their lives and discovering local cuisine.
Recently I went to a local Thai restaurant near home. It was a small space with very little seating area. The Thai gentlemen took our order and recommended regional entrees from the menu. He was so happy to describe the different dishes. I could tell he cared about his customers. The food was excellent! That is definitely one way people from all over the world connect: appreciation for other cultures and cuisine.
On a side note, my favorite channel for cooking Mexican dishes: Jauja Cocina Mexicana. Please send me recommendations in your part of the world.

High Price of Knowing 10 13 2021
It's funny that disclosure aka our true origins, history, galactic and earthly history has become a commodity. It has become a business. It's a very odd concept.
I have never been into Sci-Fi as a child. I didn't have interest in space travel/war -type movies. I wouldn't have understood them. However, as I've mentioned in a very early post on my Creative space page, at a very young age, I KNEW and connected to information about ancient knowledge but just couldn't place what that "knowledge" was. It's like telling a child to read a 500 page book and having the child write a 1- page book report summary. I would tell my mom about my interest in UFOs. She would just do the mom thing and say oh that's nice and equate that to my imagination. How as a young child before the age of 8 could I have had a "knowing" about UFOs especially when the topic was never discussed in my household?
That book I saw for the first time at the garage sale about Ufos was the "sign" that validated my knowing. I blocked it out as years went by as the 3-d programming began. But thankfully, I never truly deleted that knowing in my mind. Religious studies only tapped into partial information with most never making any sense. Experiences I have had validated a lot of that knowing. I have slowly been able to put the puzzle pieces together especially one particular incident as a child that I will just call "The Field."
Today the times have brought about an awakening in a great majority of people. It's funny how ancient knowledge can be looked at by some as amusing or entertainment. Maybe it is because our 3-d existence is so mundane that we see other forms of existence as spectacular. Do you not see the revelation in that statement alone?
Ancient stories have been passed down via storytelling or drawings keeping the knowledge alive for the sake of our remembering who we truly are. What am I trying to say? I don't know exactly. What I do know is there is more, more, more than this 3-d existence. We question our life purpose if not every day. We question our reason for living and ask ourselves "Why are we here?" It is not the attainment of material, status, labels, wealth as we have been programmed in this matrix. That type of consciousness keeps us in the loop. That loop can kill you mentally and physically.
The inner knowing that we seek keeps us fulfilled and nourished. We are filled with fullness internally. You can go into nature, sit in the sun and feel the warmth on your skin. You can jump into the ocean and feel the water gloss over your hair. You can stand in the early snowfall and feel the chill of the mountain air. You can feel an embrace. You can feel joy of laughter.
Those feelings have no price tag.
I will conclude this post with this example:
You are hiking a beautiful path and everywhere you see nature, lights and colors of all shades. It is paradise. It is breathtaking and indescribable. In one spot, you see a man looking at the perfect sunset over the mountain. He is there alone. No one else is there except you and the man. You stand next to him, or beside him or wherever to share that spectacular moment. There is more than enough space between you as to not encroach on his experiential space. Suddenly he turns around and notices you there. Instead of a smile or saying "Beautiful, isn't it?" he says "You must pay me $500 to stand there."

How do you handle Timelessness? 10 8 2021
If in a day or days you had all the time in the world how quickly do you get bored? If you were fed, then what? If you slept, then what? If you had social time with others, then what? If you did social media/internet stuff, then what? If you finished your errands/chores, then what?
The "routine" has become part of our mindset that our brain has gone on autopilot not aware of timelessness. How many hours of tv watching/internet surfing/gaming left you at the end of the session saying you were bored? Has our mind been filled with endless hours of social media chattering/nonsensical routine content that we have forgotten what it's like to use our IMAGINATION?
We can use that timelessness. Creative energy is within bubbling and needing outflow. That is when I find those moments of timelessness. I prefer to do something with my hands. I tend to the garden. I cook something so I can mold and sculpt with my hands. I write songs. I dance. I write using a pen. I clean. I meditate. I walk outside. I paint. The creative energy of physical movement does not rest unless the body is asleep. Even with sleep time, the physical body may be at rest, but energetic body is out there astral traveling. There is always aliveness in one form or another.

In her mind's eye she sees the etheric energy pulsating. The pixel dust circling about as if exhaling and releasing stagnant energy and old tainted ideas. Her eyes are closed and the movement swirls like plasma. She holds her breath for a few seconds to see if it is affected by her breathing. It is not, but there is connection just not apparent on a corporeal level. The plasma is ever flowing like waves in the ocean whether she breathes or not. It is alive and continuous. This is what she sees every time she gazes at the sun or is in a deep state of peace.
Suddenly she shivers. Convulsions are the letting go of excess energy in whichever form they have materialized. There are twists, turns, bends, shakes. They stop. The body settles down. Peace. Then all happens again. They are not conscious motions but natural motions from within the crystalline self building itself gradually as to not shock the physical body. First the left side then the right side of the vessel. Right arm, left arm, left leg, right leg, skull. She feels no pain. Just movement, motion, motion, motion. Energy in motion. Stop and flow.
She asks the trees around her a question as this is all done during meditation sitting on the grass.
"What do you think is happening to me?" she asks.
The trees reply: "You are becoming more like us. We have already gone through this evolution that you are experiencing. Look how steady and still we are no matter what is happening on the outside. Our roots within are firm. Our pulse is steady no matter the storm."

Concrete Jungle 9 29 2021
I lived and worked in the concrete jungle of New York City. I didn't stay around the same neighborhood either. I lived up in Washington Heights and had to take lo-o-ong train rides to work in mid-town. Band practices were everywhere - Chelsea 23rd Street to Columbia University Morningside Heights to Lincoln Center to NYU. I hopped on the trains barely awake and barely alive the next morning to be at work aka "my normal job." Dance classes, voice classes, workshops, volunteer work, show performances were non-stop. Of course, there were those times when I had to make the trek to Queens or Brooklyn. Uptown, downtown, eastside, westside, been there, done that. The subways are gross and stinky. That has never changed.
Thinking about it now...Oh God! How did I survive that endless loop of being there and no where at the same time. In retrospect all those years taught me a great deal. It taught me independence and responsibility. The concrete jungle with all the people from all walks of life can and will knock you down. The bureaucracy, idolatry, isolation, competition, and rejections are plentiful in a dog-eat-dog world. I've written a previous post how the grand illusion is at its highest in the concrete jungle. For those who are "yes men" it might be a different story. For those who call out and step away from the bullshit get gut punched in all sorts of ways in that environment. If you shelter yourself you'll never learn how much inner strength you have nor have a chance to grow internally.
In many ways my time in the concrete jungle has allowed me to adjust and to take care of myself no matter what part of the world I place my feet. The illusory fog is dense. For so many, the fog is so dense that they remain swirling in an epic vortex of illusion. That's the truth of it.
You cannot grow a strong and mighty heart within a cocoon of fear. Inner strength cannot be cultivated in paradise. In this world as I've learned, you've got to step out of it in order to evolve into a higher and stronger state of mind. Life experiences are the real classroom -- the concrete jungle a boxing ring.

When one proclaims that a "way" is better than the other, it is more accurate to say that that person's way may be more comfortable because that is what he/she knows. It doesn't necessarily mean it's "better."
Even if another "way" may be more efficient or productive, to the other person, it is foreign and that unknown feeling of it makes it seem harder or unusual.
There are too many cultures, communities on our planet that do things in their way. We have been taught methods based only on how we have lived in our own society.
Perhaps one can expand their consciousness by understanding this concept first. The next thing is to be aware enough to know that what you've been doing as your "way" for most of your lifetime is only because that is what you've been taught. That doesn't directly mean it is "better" or even "best." It is more that it is what you know. You do what you know. You do what you're taught. You do as you observe. That's all. How can we be truly objective to say something is better or worse for we only view and, therefore, make judgement based on our own molded perspective.
This relates to the phrase "stuck in your ways."

96 year old granny and her secret to long life: "Don't sleep too much. Don't eat too much. Walk a lot and never stop working." Now that's simple enough.

My whole life music has been my best friend. Why? Because there are certain moments in my life when I heard a song and it embellished the moment that I was experiencing. If I was in a moment of bliss and happiness then that piece of music elevated the happiness. Same goes for sad events. Those songs you heard in the background are like ink stamps on your bones. Years later you hear those same songs and like magic make you feel the same exact way. The happiness you feel hearing that song is as strong as when you first lived that moment. Years later you may also realize the sadness that you felt back then may not be as painful today. Maybe it's also a reminder of how much we've grown.
Now I am so happy to give you that music and leave imprints in your life soundtrack as music has done for me...

I went to a restaurant known for having fresh ingredients at a pretty penny, too. Everything was delicious, light tasting, melts in your mouth. I have had many dreams with animals in them. The coolest one was when I was walking on the sidewalk in a city-like environment. I felt a "presence" from behind my left shoulder. I turned around and there was a huge brown dragon behind me. He had spikes all over him. I can't recall the details (they're all in my dream journal), but I do remember that he asked me if I needed a ride somewhere. I hopped up on his shoulder and he lifted me up and we were flying in the sky.
He was my first dragon I can say I met in person (lol). This brown spikey dragon was very friendly. He was a gentle dragon. I didn't feel the spikes at all and certainly he didn't make me fearful. He had quite a polite disposition for a dragon.

Moq and Jiro, my two cats, are my best buds. They keep things simple, no drama, and just like to chill.
Jiro is more sensitive especially to sound just like me. I wonder if he hears that white noise like I do. Jiro likes to be by himself most of the time. He is quite the sensitive introvert.
Moq on the other hand, part Maine coon, is always by my side. When I am writing new music or recording something, he's sprawled out on my desk or sitting on top of my lyric notebook. I have tried to tell him I need some space. He never listens.
I think I might have learned more from them about being in the moment more than humans.

I just discovered this band though they've been around for 10 years or so. Their songwriting is raw and beautiful. Pretty dream pop. I appreciate artists who make their own music.

It was a beautiful day in August. It was 85 degrees F and sunny. Not a cloud in the sky. Mr. She Puhl's friend, Bill Chill, asks him to join him for a relaxing day at the beach.

Bill notices Mr. She Puhl has brought a huge bag with him. He figured he had brought some nice treats to share. Mr. She Puhl then starts to pull things out of his bag one by one.
Bill Chill: What's the ski hat for?

Mr. Bazil, the old farmer down the way, told his neighbor, Mr. She Puhl, that he concocted a new mix to help the man's headache. It was made of lemon and grapefruit peels with a touch of ginger. "I picked these lemons and grapefruits fresh off my farm. This ginger is fresh, too. You know I don't do any funny business with my vegetables and fruits. This has helped a ton of people who I've given this to. It really worked for them. They still drink it even when they don't have a headache. Hope this makes you feel better."
Right away Mr. She Puhl takes it and starts to feel a little relief.
Farmer Bazil tells Mr. She Puhl to go out and get some fresh air and sunshine. "Take some time to relax and enjoy the day. Get that Vitamin D," he said. "Don't stress yourself out. Stress ain't no good for you."
A couple days later, Mr. She Puhl's neighbor down the street, Mr. Madzyon Tess, comes knocking on his door. "Hey, Mr. She Puhl. I've just come out of my basement with a new concoction for your headache. I'll bet it's gonna work!"

You don't need to wear a brand name to show your worth. Brand name bags, shoes, clothes, sneakers, food brands are preying on your vulnerability and self-acceptance. Quality and accountability first and foremost over marketing schemes is the name of the game.

If you are aware of protocol you will understand there are standards followed to legally declare something official. If something was approved, there is a specific protocol met. That is bureaucracy and legality.
A certain so-called substance was recently "approved." If you research a bit, look at the verbiage of its "approval letter" versus many other approval letters on the agency website. You you will see that they are not consistent in its formal approval language. That is why something is considered a contract. The language must be consistent.

Say you wanted to buy a car in green. The sales person said they had something in green but brings out a purple car and asks "Do you like it?" Is the car suddenly green? No! Maybe behind that hologram is a blank white canvas in which divine cosmic intelligence paints scenes dictated by the inner artist within each of us.

For so many years I lived the grind. The experiences were compartmentalized. The grind I am referring to now is the one of the worker bee (this can apply to different roles.) You know that early commute on the bus then train then another 15 minute walk to work. Breakfast was instant oats or a bagel from the cart guy on the corner selling coffee and sugar-filled pastries because I had to be at my desk before 9 a.m. even when I didn't want to be there. Lunch was a quick one at of the cafes around the city. "Which crappy place are we going to this time?" my colleague would often ask. My answer was usually, "That place around the corner 'cause I gotta be back for another conference call at 1:00." Meeting up with people who I may not have necessarily liked, but had to in order to keep up with social circles. Worst of all of these is having to be nice to people who just weren't very nice at all.
Not one day had gone by which I didn't question this existence. This way of life for some was what they've dreamed of: working in the big city for a multi-national firm with benefits, schmoozing with the big wigs trying to climb that ladder. The problem with that was as I have mentioned in past posts is I am not a schmoozer.
The big city was (and still is) full of it: titles, labels, accreditation, schmoozers, players, liars, posers just to get to that guy who knows who to get to that guy who knows this guy in a bigger position. All I saw were mice running on the wheel in their cage. That city life was an example of a real person having to put on a costume after costume to fill the parts that others wanted them to play. I did it for what seemed an eternity and could have kept doing it, but that would mean losing myself completely. When I dropped it all, I found fulfillment in other ways. I learned to find fulfillment through myself. I no longer wanted to play the role that other people wanted me to play.
I lost a lot of connections along the way. Perhaps the point there is those connections were not meant to stay. The only connection I needed really was the one I had lost and am connected to now: my true self.
The journey so far has taught me the movie scenes change as I change. That old reel has been put away, collecting dust on a shelf in the furthest corner of my archives. The journey continues with new scenes, scenery, actors/actresses. I am still the director editing my script as each passing moment goes on.
For so many years I lived the grind. The experiences were compartmentalized. The grind I am referring to now is the one of the worker bee (this can apply to different roles.) You know that early commute on the bus then train then another 15 minute walk to work. Breakfast was instant oats or a bagel from the cart guy on the corner selling coffee and sugar-filled pastries because I had to be at my desk before 9 a.m. even when I didn't want to be there. Lunch was a quick one at of the cafes around the city. "Which crappy place are we going to this time?" my colleague would often ask. My answer was usually, "That place around the corner 'cause I gotta be back for another conference call at 1:00." Meeting up with people who I may not have necessarily liked, but had to in order to keep up with social circles. Worst of all of these is having to be nice to people who just weren't very nice at all.
Not one day had gone by which I didn't question this existence. This way of life for some was what they've dreamed of: working in the big city for a multi-national firm with benefits, schmoozing with the big wigs trying to climb that ladder. The problem with that was as I have mentioned in past posts is I am not a schmoozer.
The big city was (and still is) full of it: titles, labels, accreditation, schmoozers, players, liars, posers just to get to that guy who knows who to get to that guy who knows this guy in a bigger position. All I saw were mice running on the wheel in their cage. That city life was an example of a real person having to put on a costume after costume to fill the parts that others wanted them to play. I did it for what seemed an eternity and could have kept doing it, but that would mean losing myself completely. When I dropped it all, I found fulfillment in other ways. I learned to find fulfillment through myself. I no longer wanted to play the role that other people wanted me to play.
I lost a lot of connections along the way. Perhaps the point there is those connections were not meant to stay. The only connection I needed really was the one I had lost and am connected to now: my true self.
The journey so far has taught me the movie scenes change as I change. That old reel has been put away, collecting dust on a shelf in the furthest corner of my archives. The journey continues with new scenes, scenery, actors/actresses. I am still the director editing my script as each passing moment goes on.

Peru: Synchronicity 7 30 2021
It was around this time back in 2008 when I made my dream journey to Peru. Many people may not believe in synchronicities. For me, synchronicity is exactly how I arrived there. One day I will write about the events that happened beforehand, but for now I will attribute it to perfect divine design none of which I planned on my own.
I had stayed the majority of my time in Cusco where I also did some volunteer teaching at a local adult school. I lived in Cusco for less than two months, but absolutely absorbed and embraced the culture. Even as a volunteer teacher my students welcomed me and shared part of their lives with me in such warm ways.
I almost didn't make it to Machu PIcchu as I had planned. I had scheduled a train ride to Aguas Calientes station a week in advance with a local travel agency. The agency folks were supposed to pick me up at the house I was staying and then take a leisurely ride in a minivan filled with other passengers.
Well, the morning arrived when I would depart. Each minute passing by and nobody had arrived at the house yet. The rest of the memory is a blip because everything happened so fast. I called the agency to ask where they were and they apologized and said they were coming. Meanwhile I was calm as a cucumber because I had no idea what would happen next.
The travel lady arrived at my house in a taxi rushing rushing me out the house. We jumped into the taxi and WOOOOOOSHH. It was me and the travel agent in the back and the taxi driver driving through endless loops of mountains. He was driving like speed racer and I held on for dear life. The travel lady was absolutely nervous that I wouldn't make the train. The taxi driver was passing everyone . None of these roads were straight and each curve that we sped around I held my breath hoping it wouldn't be my last.
We finally made it to station and the travel lady hurried me out of the taxi. "Run Run. Let's Go!!" The travel lady screamed and she ran ahead of me like her bum was on fire. I grabbed my back pack and I ran towards the train as if a pack of wolves were chasing me down the hill. The whole time I was kind of laughing and crying at the same time. Rush Rush Rush!!
I got on the train and made it, and I'm not exaggerating here, within seconds. The train was just about to leave.
I gave my ticket to the conductor and sat down huffing and puffing. My heart was pounding and I made myself catch my breath. I thought to myself "What the hell just happened???
I made it to Machu Picchu and stayed for a couple of days.

Why do people filter their water? Because based on evidence they discovered there are toxins in the water such as fluoride that the govt and agencies admittedly put in the water supply.
Why have people stopped smoking? Because based on evidence they discovered the contents of cigarettes have caused lung cancer, amongst other diseases
Why have peopled minimized the use of plastic? Because based on evidence they have discovered toxins in plastic products.
Why do people buy organic? Because based on evidence they discovered there are toxins sprayed on our regular food supply
Why do people buy non-GMO food or healthy food/drink ? Because they discovered there are toxins in the food and drink
Why do people eat at "heathy" type eateries? Because based on evidence they discovered food restaurants make were likely toxic like in fast food establishments
Isn't it then also possible that the agency recommended CDC, WHO experimental drug can be toxic too? If the government truly had your best interest in mind why would people be doing any of the above mentioned? Why the push to make mandatory?

Let's say that MSM has said that a certain person was absolutely dumb, horrible, worst person in the world. You hear this constantly from MSM. You don't know this person personally nor have you bothered to find out for yourself about this person. Because of the incessant banter of MSM about this person you can't tolerate hearing this person's name now. You've been so brainwashed to believe this person is exactly what MSM says they are.
Now imagine you find yourself somehow vacationing in a beautiful place wandering around and exploring the sites. You somehow get lost and find yourself at the edge of a cliff, lose your footing, and slip. Now you are over the edge holding onto a branch for dear life. You see there are dozens of hungry sharks down in the ocean ready for you.
That person, the one who you've been taught to despise, happens to be walking by. He sees you and extends his arm and offers to help you.
What is your choice: grab his hand or let go of the branch?

How on Earth can we put more focus on the latest episode of America's Got Talent or whatever bogus talent show or the nonsense of reality television like The Bachelor when there are other topics more impactful to us as a higher evolving consciousness species like zero point technology, healing tech (medbeds), secret space programs, replicators, benevolent and malevolent ET species, hybridization programs, the effects of solar flares and our ascending Gaia, and healing our traumas?
How on Earth can we put more focus on the latest episode of America's Got Talent or whatever bogus talent show or the nonsense of reality television like The Bachelor when there are other topics more impactful to us as a higher evolving consciousness species like zero point technology, healing tech (medbeds), secret space programs, replicators, benevolent and malevolent ET species, hybridization programs, the effects of solar flares and our ascending Gaia, and healing our traumas?
Small Talk 7 23 2021
Schmoozing is not one of my strengths.
I don't know much about what the newest tv shows are. I know nothing about what's on Netflix or the newest apps. I don't care about trends (clothes, shoes, make-up, hair.) Don't follow sports much except for a little baseball. So small talk is just not my cup of tea 'cause the only things I like talking about mostly are things on an esoteric level and perhaps some cooking stuff.
However, one time on a trip in the U.S., I was sitting at a hotel bar having a meal. There was a hotel worker, an older gentleman, by the bar and we greeted each other. I asked him where he was from and he said Egypt. I mentioned that I had been to Cairo & Sharm El-Sheikh and of course I'd visited the Pyramids of Giza. He said, "People have been taught the pyramids were built by human slaves. They were built by aliens." Now that's my kind of small talk. Another time I was out in the park roller skating and an older woman in her 70s started chatting with me. The conversation eventually started going toward the subject of life on other planets. Yes, something I care about!
Those types of conversations unfortunately don't happen often though. Maybe those two people didn't know anything about Netflix either.

Leave your smart phone at home or, if you can't do that, just turn it off for a few minutes (oooohhh the horror!!)
Go outside and take a walk. No music. No podcasts. Just remember what it feels like to walk in silence listening only to the sounds of nature.
Feel the sunshine on your face and breathe in fresh air.
Smile and say hello to someone walking by.
Notice the colors of the grass or the trees around you.

What is your definition of contentment? If you are truly content would you not be feeling emotion of missing something? It's all a program, indoctrination. This world has become more of a race to be more, do more, have more, consumerism, competition, and titles while at the same time people seem to be more miserable than ever. Does that make any sense? Self-fulfillment can only be attained on the inside. Every bliss, contentment can only be accessed from within. Once we become aware of not giving that power to outside forces our 3-d worldly hologram changes.
Our world is not a contentment game board. It is not a race made to meet bullet points propagandized by an outside "authority" which instigates the endless loop of fear and discontentment. Our world would exist in quite a different state if more of the population would become aware of self-fulfillment from within. Aren't you tired of playing the game whose rules were made by someone else?

I was walking around neighborhoods where homes, buildings, and sidewalks were embossed into natural sacred sites. There were beautiful steps that led into broken stone structures, but no one was paying attention. No one seemed to notice that we were living on top of sacred land and the proof were these huge face structures right next to their homes. Why weren't people noticing?
Sacred sites are not just over there somewhere Unesco tells us. We live right on top of - the whole Earth - is ALIVE rich with wondrous history. People are too distracted with 3-D life. Sad but true.

In my experience there is one principle that has proven itself right to me every time. No Thing - no form outside of me - can bring me sustaining happiness. The outside world is not truly what we would call "real". An outer materialization is not necessarily real, but perhaps in our language real to our human senses. I see that perceiving happiness in form is like trying to hold on to an overflowing handful of sand while walking along the beach. When one reaches the other side of the beach what one sees left in their hand are but light reflections of grains of sand. However, what still remains is the one who saw the sand, picked up the sand, held the sand, decided to hold onto the sand while going for a walk, and observed what happened to the sand.
That which remained was the storyteller and their story. The sand drifted away on the journey.

One would think that perspective would be easy to sway. Your beliefs are the foundation of it. Once you sway your beliefs, the perspective sways. I have discovered that beliefs can be compared to a concrete film in construction. If it is dried, patted down and been there for years it will not be easy to crack.
So unless the individual truly wants to change their belief thus their perspective /concrete will in no way crack.
Therefore, what one wants to see, they will see (even though what they see is not necessarily truth.)
What one wants to experience, they will experience (even though their experience is not necessarily truth.)
It is only considered truth from their perspective because they believe it so.
You will believe what you want to believe. Period.
In some ways it can be seen as ludicrous. In the eyes of the person, however, seem very seriously real. That is how tricky the mind can be.
If one has been told that there is a shark at the bottom of a kiddie pool, that one may believe that may be all their life. They will create the shark in their mind.
Another aspect would be that if someone didn't believe that there was a shark at the bottom of the kiddie pool, but enough people tell that person there is, that one may actually start to believe. That is the power of the mind. They will create the shark in their mind through osmosis or peer pressure. Call it conditioning.
In these instances, one doesn't give their own consciousness, their own power of analysis, the responsibility and opportunity to disbelieve something. That is giving power away to outside forces. That, in itself, is hard to crack.
Attempting to look into one's beliefs is when one starts to see hairline cracks in the concrete. That is independence day.

What I love about Argentine Tango 7 2 2021
The music is beautiful and the steps are scintillating. I've danced Salon-style Argentine Tango for 10+ years. What I love most about the dance is the give and take of energy between you and your partner. Just because you are technically the follower, one cannot give all the power to the leader. You allow the leader to guide you. You are still focusing on the movements and sensing your partner's energetic lead and maneuvers. However, you have never fully let go of control. Then there are moments when the leader allows you to shine. Embellish.
It is the push and pull of energy, balance, and flow. It is the allowance of tenderness and intensity over and over all while honoring connection with the music (aka sound.)
That is the dance.

The parent for years and years picked up the child by car from school though home was only a 15 minute-walk away. One day, the child told the parent that he would like to walk home on his own. The parent asked why. The child said, "Every day you've picked me up from school by car. Coming home has always been easy. Sometimes we've taken different routes. Turned here or there, and we've always gotten home. You've taught me well. Thank you. If I ever needed to get home on my own I am certain I know how to do it. If I needed to walk home, I am certain I could. Now I actually have to do it. If I can prove to myself that I could do it, then I won't be afraid to do it on my own in the future."

Common sense tells me the medical/pharma industry cannot just advocate a "one size fits all" mentality when it comes to our bodies. The adverts talk about happy happy times as soon as you get this.

I didn't understand the system
I just accepted it as fact
that things ran the way they did.
that I had no impact
the goings on in the world
years and years
of not knowing.
Not knowing that
education was indoctrinating us,
our supposed nourishment establishments were poisoning us,
medical system was killing us, (page 16)
our music and movie "artists" were corrupting us,
our legal and political system were backstabbing us,
our religious systems were confusing and abusing us,
our media including news, movies, tv, advertisers were lying and fooling us,
technology was manipulating us,
the wars and financial systems were enslaving us,
the innocent lives, the young lives...What kind of f'd up world have we been in? !!!
They wanted us in constant fear. They wanted us to feel powerless. They wanted us to feel out of control. They didn't want us to know our power.
So when I hear the stories, I ask myself "How did it get this far? How could we have let it continue?" That is a deep conversation that could last for generations.
It's sad to think it was all happening in this world of ours.
But times are changing, really changing. So many, many people are now realizing that nothing was what it seemed in the lives we were living.
What can we do? Simple things: make someone smile, laugh, say a kind word, meditate, do something that uplifts your spirit, Dance, Paint. Play with your pets. Do something anything that makes your heart sing with joy. We are all looking for love in some form or another.
The Good News is that it's all unfolding, revealing deeper truths that really matter. This is ascension. We will realize it. Something is happening.
Our world will never be the same. It will never go back to "normal." Why? Because what we were living, our past existence, was NEVER EVER NORMAL.

I've said it before: the power of observation is key. Be aware of the design of the matrix. If you are aware of it you will recognize that it was constructed in a nonsensical way but made to look efficient. In the meantime, let's call them the "developers" have been banking on the premise that we don't notice and that we don't understand the program. Being observant is the same as putting on the sunglasses in "They Live." Luckily we don't need to put on sunglasses to really see what's going on. You must know it in order to see through it. Don't get caught up in the dumbing down process that has been programmed in the matrix. There are so many distractions. Put up your shields and deflect. Be powerful where you stand and don't get sucked into the nonsensical world of the 3-D matrix.

If inside you feel powerless and unsure, then outside you will perceive a world created for you to perpetuate and power up your powerlessness and uncertainty.
Fill in any emotional state and it will be the same outcome. It is a continuing mechanism.

There comes a moment or accumulated moments when you stop dead in your tracks and think "What else is there?"
In our days of a lifetime something inside of you tires of the same boring achievements the outside world deems rewarding. The thrill of the accomplishment falls short. The highs and lows of attainment in our physical construct become diluted almost becoming as extraordinary as another cup of coffee.
The "place" where you think you would find the most answers is, as it turns out, the place where I least found them. The people you assumed had the answers had in fact known just as much as you. The "place" was one where you were made to believe that all is sacred became a constant roundabout discussion of redemption and fear. I discovered the dogma kept bringing me back to an emotional state of starting from scratch giving me more confusion rather than emotional attunement. I never progressed in that "place."
In my journey it was only when I stepped out of my comfort zone was when I began to gain valuable knowledge. Most of the time I was placed outside my comfort zone not on my accord. The knowledge plus experience bit by bit expanded something within me. It was like being in a dark room and one day suddenly seeing a slight crack of sunlight peek through the curtains. It was only then when I started to really see beyond the short-sighted reverence given to the ways of our physical world.
The discoveries had arrived and continue to arrive painstakingly slow. It is as if digging for artifacts in the desert on the hottest days of the year. Miniscule discoveries come piece by piece each being beyond exquisite in nature.
The reward of finding knowledge that resonates within is the same as letting in more sunlight into the dark room. It outshines anything our 3-d world could possibly offer. Perhaps that is why it is called en (into) light (the natural agent that stimulates sight and makes things visible) en-ment (action, result).

If someone asked me to give one of life's anomalies, I would say: Life keeps moving though your heartaches.
Say something really impactful happened to you, a life change if you will.
You look at the same people around you, the same home where you live, the same furniture, the same job, the same world that you see, but it feels somehow different now. The outer looks like it has not changed. It is your meaning to those things and people that have changed. It feels like one piece of the equation "moved" from its original spot.
Can one piece of the equation changing its place/form make such an impact? Yes, apparently. That is the anomaly. It's like a game where you move a piece or a player and now you have to re-evaluate the whole placement. How profound an anomaly. The strange thing is the outside could look like nothing has changed. What has changed is YOU AND YOUR PERCEPTION of the outside. You can look at let's say a house. When the circumstance changes, it is the same house, but you are now looking at it from the perspective of the CHANGE in circumstance. Therefore, energetically it is NOT THE SAME HOUSE as the last time you saw it. The energetic composition of how you saw it has changed because of the impactful life change whatever it is. The emotional energy within you sees it now through a different filter.
The house only looks different because you are looking at it through different eyes aka perception/viewpoint.

It's been awhile that I've seen my animated symbols floating in the area upon waking. I was pleasantly surprised to see this beauty in my field of vision this morning you know in the space between asleep and fully awake. . It looked like hexagons seamlessly connected together. The ceiling was covered with this pattern. It was beautiful. They were slightly pulsating. Really cool stuff. This awakening process is quite a wild one on the physical body. It's moments like these seeing beautiful brilliant shapes that keep the journey tolerable.

Bucket Item
I don't have a bucket list. I write too many lists for fun. Plus, I always lose the paper that I write my list on. However, I have a bucket item that consistently stays in my mind. I've always wanted to do a world music tour making it to all the continents. To make it a unique experience for the audience, I would rather choose venues or locations that would be out of the norm. No bars or the usual festival scene or standard music venue. In whichever town it would be a place that people can listen to the concert and chill out and enjoy live music and be very unique to the place that I'm in. This would be an exhaustive endeavor but absolutely possible. There's nothing better for a musician/songwriter than connecting with a live audience and thanking the people who enjoy their music. From Cleveland to Madrid to Moscow to Mumbai to Seoul to Manila to Lima and on and on, the never-ending music tour around the world.
Big feat. I'm working on it.

What if the duality construct and experience on this 3-D Earth were a testing ground or field space used to try out various scenarios and their consequences? Each person has a story and they act out their parts until their physical story has been completed and lessons learned (or perhaps not learned) evolving into a higher stream of consciousness through free will choice?
What if there was a time limit, and the game would expire at a set future NOW "time"? That if all scenarios had been exploited and explored and humanity had learned more than enough to experience an elevation of higher consciousness, that when the timer went off, it would just say "Game Over" and reset into a brand new construct? The new construct would be one that was enjoyable and pleasant. A new game board if you will. New set of rules, new set of players, new set of knowledge. This new format, however, would encompass higher expanded consciousness, higher thought, lighter experience. Wouldn't that be splendid to experience how that would play out?

The world that has been created for us is a puppet show. It's a matrix of puppets and their puppet masters. If the world knows their "name" it is very highly likely they are/were part of the first tier cast of characters. They have been in on it. They knew/know of the crimes and misdeeds and they kept it going without saying a word to stop it from continuing.

Message on the Wall: Is this a dream or is this real? 6 16 2021
I am floating high above looking down at the cars. I am in a tunnel. I feel boundless, high above the dense concrete and heavy cars. I am high above that layer -- the separation of atmospheres. Over there the ground feels heavy, the tunnel dark, grey, and dirty.
I notice that I am not just floating. I am floating while simultaneously swimming in a huge body of beautiful clear light blue water. I am floating in effortless motion.
I am conscious of this. It is no longer just an observation in a dream. It is me living consciously experiencing the scene of floating/swimming in the water in the air. My "body" is experiencing it. My mind knows it is me experiencing it. I tell myself to put my hand through the water. I do and it feels airy and cool at the same time. "It really is water," I exclaim. I am amused and utterly blissed out at this experience. In this "place" I am boundless. I was there. It is inaccurate for me to label it A PLACE. I know what it feels like. It is more of a layer of space that has no boundaries. It is like an never-ending canvas or wall where all possibilities can be painted. The scene has not faded. The experience is still alive in my mind. So I ask after this vision, "What then is a dream and what is real?" My conclusion for now: They are the same.

The Big Wave 6 13 2021
I am an old soul in a modern world. I've come to accept it. I seek to remember ancient knowledge. I have woken up from dreaming and zipped back into my physical vessel feeling how heavy matter was. This 3-D atmosphere is thick and weighs me down. What a difference from the astral world which feels like air. I can feel the frequency of the programs on tv. Bones are crackling, yet it feels intensely refreshing. It is as if I were being filled up with liquid knowledge streaming through my blood.
Our universe is so vast. The knowledge is vast. Reading about it all tires my mind, but that is the only thing that invigorates my spirit. Who cares what is trending? That drama is empty. It is barely a wave in the ocean dying as soon as the big one approaches from far in the horizon.

This 3-D atmosphere is thick and weighs me down. What a difference from the astral world which feels like air. I can feel the frequency of the programs on tv. We've been told that leaders were "good" because they fit the suit so to speak. They looked good, spoke eloquently, were popular, seemed like a nice person, always knew the right things to say, always seemed to present new ideas right after the other wanting to implement changes constantly.
But what if, just what if, we inverted that model of thinking. What if good leaders were actually ones who were somewhat introverted, were deep thinkers, spoke when they had pertinent information to say, were not witty or good at brown-nosing, suggested ideas and advocated swift implementation when before issues became dire and before catastrophe struck, stepped up not because of ego but because of the necessity to lead, looked at the whole and kept a clear eye on situations bit by bit, spoke in a brash and succinct manner in order to prove the severity of a situation and the timeliness to problem solve? What if leaders didn't look to be popular for the sake of a popularity contest but to be a problem solver?
Sometimes those who are the pioneers, the new thinkers, trailblazers may not necessarily fit the suit and be the standard model we've been taught in the past. Maybe there will no longer be Manchurian Candidates. Maybe we will have leaders that no longer wish to sell their soul solely for their profit.
Perhaps leaders will arise based on depth of character. That only makes sense.

Years ago I used to watch a news program called Dateline. Their stories were about regular folks and a crime mystery somewhere in the U.S. I watched a few more episodes, I slowly began to see a pattern. The narrator always painted the setting as the quintessential neighborhood and people. Then you start to see that nothing was what it seemed. The "good guy" most of the time was made out as the criminal and the supposed "bad guys" had nothing to do with the crime. The show's producers really made ordinary lives look like something straight out of a crime fiction novel. They hook you in. They entice you and take you on a ride.
What did I learn from Dateline?
Media news programs paint pictures for the viewer. They produce to make you see and interpret how they want you to interpret regardless of the facts. That leads audiences to make conclusions that they themselves may not know are accurate. This is similar to swaying a jury. That power is deadly. The fact that media has the power to spread "their message" worldwide swaying you and other viewers is in fact taking away a portion of your power for objective deduction. Leading viewers to make a certain conclusion is not objective news reporting. They want people to believe their version of the story. They want you to believe how they see the characters either being the good guy or the bad guy. They ask questions to direct the story to go in their direction. They will never ask objective questions to get another side of the story.
I stopped watching Dateline and any of the media shows after I started to see this trend. They are counting on you on becoming addicted to their drug called drama or contrived excitement (disguised as fear) or thrill.
News today is not about knowledge or education. It is about sucking you into their web, owning you, and keeping you there to perpetuate their stories. They are leading you because they think you are not smart enough to know any better. That is when you have to decide when to shut them off or take back the power to discern what exactly it is your watching. Go out and do the research for yourself. Know the world you live in instead of being complacent. Make decisions based on facts and not based on propaganda or because everyone else is doing it. I saw a video recently where people were asked why they were still wearing their mask outside. Stunningly quite a few said "I don't know" or "because everyone else is" or "I just got used to it."
If that's not proof that people have lost their own power to think for themselves then I don't know what is.

We have all experienced in some form or another a business or service that doesn't offer what it states it offers. There is a fine print at the bottom of the page in the tiniest written size. It leaves the consumer blindsided.
We see it on pharmaceutical commercials that are on rotation for every single drug that has just come out. The fine print as we can call it is the high-speed rattled off verbiage at the end of the commercial counting the endless side effects you may experience by taking their wonder pill. The pharma companies glamourize drugs. They advertise the glamour of vaccines in a way that getting an experimental injection is THE ONLY WAY to get back your happy life to being with friends, family, normal life again. Do you not see the insanity in that deceptive thinking?
We see it politics when politicians say they will promise this, that, and the other thing. When their term ends, those promises are nowhere to be discussed and accounted for. Meanwhile, the politician has new luxury properties and is speaking at universities for $$$ a talk amongst other things. Then they get re-elected somehow without be questioned for his/her failed promises. This is Happening again and again.
We see it in religious leaders with whom we put our trust and faith. We look to them as an example of what is supposedly right only to find evidence after evidence of horrific acts exemplifying quite the opposite. And yet there is no consequence to their deeds. The acts continue and many are silenced.
Loads of money and air time is spent showing how fast food joints are giving happiness, fun, excitement to their customers. Yet, the nutritional value in their food is loaded with everything that would give the human body the opposite of happiness, fun, excitement. Of course, you will not see or hear that spoken in their commercials.
There was a time (and yes there still are ) when artisans, craftsmen, musicians, scribes, mystics held themselves highly accountable for the service and product they offered. It was a reflection of their mind. It was a reflection of their spirit. The product or service they gave to their customer can only be as high as the standard they set for themselves.
In essence, what I give to you is the highest that I can give of myself.
Think of it on a consciousness level: if within your mindset you intend to give only the best you of yourself then there is no way you can produce less than that. That is art form at its finest. That is quality at its best. There are no shortcuts, no tricks, no runarounds, no substitutes.
Perhaps today, unjust practices are being more and more exposed. The people will see the lower consciousness practices that have been instilled and allowed in all areas of our 3-d life.
The practice of transparency at least gives us the opportunity to make proper choices. Perhaps we can go beyond the practice of deception and manipulation.
A transparency practice is as simple as making the intention to give what you say will give. This is what I do. This is what I use. This is how long it will take to make it happen. This is what I ask for return. Fair and just practices. Not one sided clauses with more advantage to one side, no flawed services, no synthetic ingredients, no junk. What we would get instead is a balanced and harmonious exchange.
When the innate of you only desires to share the highest potential of you, would there still be in existence a need for fine print or glamourizing products to your emotions? Would it mean then that leaders might actually say and do what they intended? Transparency is an incremental stepping stone toward a higher state of consciousness. There is no need for fine print. There is no need for manipulating to our emotions. There is no need for false ,deceptive leaders. We have gone through that for far too long.
We first must see it. If one does not recognize it, then they will continue to be blindsided over and over again. Ironically, they will still wonder why this keeps happening to them.
We must create an innovative paradigm where quality and transparency in balance and harmony is the new norm.

Anyone who has a roof over their head, their personal form of transportation, a bed to sleep on, plenty of food on the table and readily accessible, free and clean water, good health, nice clothes on their back, and a sense of safety and still manages to find something to constantly complain, whine, or knit pick about needs a lesson in INSIGHT.
When you lose all that, then maybe people will understand what survival means.

There's one thing that ticks me off is when someone is trying to give you some mumbo jumbo explanation for something and it's blatantly clear they are spinning something. You know kind of like the life time warranty the stores get you to buy in case your new product breaks. Somehow after that one year, the manufacturer's warranty expires like clockwork and so does the product. Or when you're tempted to get everything supersized 'cause of the price deal you're getting. Meanwhile, you're holding in your hand 5x more of a serving that you need in a day. The powers that no longer be knew how to work your mind and spin it (aka mind control).
This works on a macro scale. The time is now that we have to question every structure "created" for humanity's so-called benefit. The question to ask is which population of humanity is getting the actual benefit. Look at the campaigns. Then look at the results. If the result is minimal compared to the length of time these organizations have been around that should indicate the effectiveness of its campaign on a global level. Research where the money has been going. Dig deep, then dig deeper. You might not like what you find. It's there to awaken you and open your eyes. We just assume it's all legitimate (read my post on Indoctrination.) Those powers that no longer be count on the fact that you're snoozing.

Father's Day is coming up here in the States on 6/20, same day as summer solstice.
My father had me later in life. I grew up with an older father figure. Some people thought he was my grandfather. Now as I reflect on it, I am very thankful for that experience. My father was a military man through and through. He was an old school gentleman. He was intelligent and supportive. He couldn't cook, but he could make a great pot of boiling water for his coffee.
He dressed-up to go out. He always helped me with my homework. He was a boxer. He read lots of books. He read the newspaper. Though he made himself out to be a stoic man, he was sensitive and deeply caring. Though it might not have been interpreted that way his actions came from one of concern. He was a man of physical strength as well as strength of character, intelligence, and sensitivity. I admired that in him.
What I inherited from my dad was his vigor. He stood for his beliefs. He didn't budge to nonsense. He saw through the bullshit of people. He stood his ground and he defended the people he loved. He defended the people he loved even if it meant losing relationships over it. He looked for solutions. He was a problem-solver. He was quiet. He didn't care to be a follower. He was a leader. He was a man who could show strength and didn't care what people thought of him. He also shared his humor through story telling. He fought for what he thought was right. He defended those he thought were right. He stood for honor even when some actions weren't seen as honorable. He said what he said because that is what he felt though people might not have liked what he said.
With the summer solstice approaching, wouldn't it be great if we could take the time to acknowledge and honor our inner strength, honor our convictions, honor compassion, honor sensitivity. Why not honor ourselves to stand for something good in our world amongst our "chaotic" days. We need to learn from the wisdom of our older generations and bring back convictions of honor, respect, vigor, and, most of all, INTEGRITY.

I was watching in empty space a vibrant floating liquid lava energy in continuous motion intertwining into itself. These are the closest videos I could find to match the swirling motion, but it is not what I saw. What I saw was more of an individualized energy (like the DNA strand made of pliable translucent light) with a more fluid and vibrant composition like the swirl.

We did not question enough. We accepted. We did not use common sense enough. We accepted. Those who did were left out in the cold -- invisible non-conformists. We gave our power away yet we outnumbered our oppressors. Worst of all we hardly questioned our own actions, our own thoughts with the possibility that something didn't feel right. We left accountability, responsibility, and discernment out the door. We gave the power to think for ourselves to someone else.
We gave our power away thinking something/someone outside of us knew better, lived better, understood life better. We were indoctrinated to believe we were powerless and when our state of consciousness dropped so low we figured it was no longer worth the fight.
THE GREATEST LIE OF OUR HISTORY is that we were never told how powerful WE ARE and the true make-up of our form/formless infinite SELF.
We were taught to accept what is rather than what can be. We were taught to conform so as to not rock the boat. We were taught to disrespect ourselves so we wouldn't be in the mindset to feel powerful. And with disrespecting ourselves we no longer saw the need to respect others. Thus the disintegration of humanity.
The days have led to this where our frequencies have been manipulated to go lower and lower.
The power to rise up to our true sovereign powerful love harmonious integrity state is up to each individual.
The mass consciousness must elevate in recognizing the biggest lie ever told.
The mass consciousness must elevate in recognizing that WE ARE the changers. We ARE the change. It begins with us.

Imagine a huge ball of powerful energy encompassing your whole inner body as well as the outside. Imagine beautiful colors swirling effortlessly through all your space gently painting on a canvas. Imagine wavy, colors like flowing lava.
It is intense energy. Being aware of this energy and not being fearful of it is key.
If you are fearful of this intensity you are fighting it. Ironically the resistance of it prolongs the intensity of resistance.
Being aware of this energy is important.
Letting it be is the most important.
Be still and allow the physicality of it.
Be vulnerable and be naked with it
Allow yourself to be comfortable with the discomfort
And accept the experience in a way that unconditional love would accept
Do not distract yourself. That is resistance. Do not run away from it. That is resistance. Do not deny it. That is resistance.
The intensity of this energy is beyond words
and the unknown of this intensity can make one fearful of it.
Not that the energy is one that is to be feared BUT the unknowing of this feeling of energy is what may be feared.
Trust that all is all right.
Trust.
Allow.
Breathing in and out
Knowing ALL is all right
Calms and brings balance
preparing for the next wave.

Governments will finally spill the beans that our written history was a lie. That our cosmic history was covered up and now they will tell the "truth." People for years and years have been telling their truth. For some reason now the truth tellers will be believed. Now the truth tellers will not be looked at as nuts. Now the vivid dreams will make sense. Now the truth tellers will finally be looked at as "normal." Now is the time. Sadly a lot of time has gone by when truth tellers had to hide their truth for fear of being shamed and ridiculed. And then... NOW...Telling the Truth to a non-believer will create diverse reactions. Look at our world today. Can you handle the TRUTH?

I hear the baseball sportscasters say this all the time "The player is battling " usually in context with the batter and the pitcher.
Who are we battling? The battles we fight are solely within us. We are the best of our friends and the worst enemy. We are the gauge as to how the drama unfolds. Look at the hologram screen before you ("your life/your world"). Are you demanding the world to change FOR you? It will not. Think about it. The tv screen doesn't change unless it is done by us via remote control. We are the channel changers. The tv screen is just the output, the remote control is the device we use to change the channel. The channel is the one we choose. The screen will not change miraculously without our control/consent. So, with that said, how does one expect the world screen to change if one knowingly stays on the same channel?
Here you are on the couch, the remote control lost underneath one of the cushions, and you are yelling at the screen "Why are you still on channel 15? Hurry up and switch to Channel 44!!" Funny scenario but so true.
That is battling yourself. It is tiring on the body and most definitely exhausting on the mind. Where this incessant batting leads to is burnout, frustration, or day-to-day insanity.
It's like a science experiment: make adjustments, observe results. Repeat. Referring back to the baseball player analogy, batters spend quite a lot of time working with their coaches on making slight adjustments to their body positioning and overall batting approach. I think the biggest mountain to climb is the willingness for the player to be flexible. Being willing to make the adjustment and having the flexibility of mind for the player to say, "I can't seem to hit the ball lately. Let me evaluate my mental state and body state before, during, and after an at bat. Let's make some adjustments."
It is debatable who really said the following quote. The message remains clear:
"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."

What has yours been feeling lately?
For me it's been a lot of tingling, intense energy surges especially around the spine, neck, head area, visions of sparkles in the air, elevated physical sensitivities to outside stimuli, unusual vivid dreams about going "home", tiredness, loud RINGING IN THE EAR like old fax machines (big one). My interests have changed, too. Almost all of the things that I used to like for entertainment are not so interesting to me anymore. I am finding new interests more captivating like creating herbal concoctions, gardening, reading, or just sitting or meditating outside. Not as hungry anymore. Fasting 16+ hours a day. Dense foods harder to digest for the body.
I have read a lot of people are experiencing similar things. It's not easy.
Earth Mother is changing as we. Growing pains for us.

From the moment we were birthed and breathed our first inhalation of air OUTSIDE our mother's womb we had already started the process of being groomed (see post 5 7 2021).
Then as each passing day goes by, we have been entrained, sculpted, molded into this "being." School, family, community, media, culture, religion, environment, books. Through these structures created the YOU you are today. Your fears, for example were developed with the help of someone or something engraining that concept into your field in this incarnation. Of course, there are aspects like past lives (or shall I say concurrent lives) which has its part but I'm referring to our now-focused incarnation.
We have been birthed to be a "creation" of our outside influences absorbing everything from breath one. We at breath one had no intellectual idea of what school was. We just went. We had no concept of what tv was - we just watched it. It was what we did. We had no concept of banking or insurance or eating at fast food joints. We just did it. We had no concept of the energetic pulls and pushes of words, images, symbols. We just spoke it or saw it. I will be bold to call it unconscious infiltration by the lower thinking/lower density system to keep our existence energetical level down for a large portion of our life. Whether parts of who we are in this story were consciously agreed upon by us before breath one is a completely different story.
So, therefore, when we look at ourselves in the mirror we see our created self. Have you ever stopped to think who we are/were before Breath One and what possibilities there were had we not been "molded" into the sculpture we are today?
Had the collective consciousness been a little bit higher what would our "sculpted self" look like instead?

As time consuming and strenuous international traveling was, I do miss meeting and talking to people from all around the world. I love meeting people through their every day experience. Encounters of the day-to-day are like bursts of joy to me. I remember during one of my travels far far from home a sweet old lady asked the driver to ask me if I needed a place to stay in her village as she saw I was traveling alone. That is why I appreciate aspects of village life both its simplicity and complexities. You remember a thing called in-person human interaction.

If you really stop and think about it there are A LOT of things that don't make any sense in the grand scheme of things. There are a lot of things that are being FOCUSED on you by the mass media, tv, movies, advertisers, industries in general to make you believe that this is the way it is. IT IS NOT.
People are so brainwashed by the large waves of disinformation that they don't even once consider to look at it objectively. That is how beliefs are set in stone in our consciousness. People have become unconscious in their waking state. Pick any subject and there are so many inconsistencies and fallacies. Only one with an open mind would really take a second to consider that it doesn't make sense. However, the human hive mind has so gotten used to it being fed all the bullshit that it doesn't even want to know. It just accepts and assumes because it doesn't want to be the only one questioning. The hive mind wants to be accepted by other hive minds. It doesn't want to be that guy/gal who says that that "thing/event/concept" sounds completely asinine when you step back and observe its elements objectively. That guy/gal asks "Why are X,Y,Z and all the rest of the alphabet telling us that THIS is the way and the only way. Are there no alternatives?"
True Innovators and trailblazers in higher consciousness thinking don't benefit in being in hive mind mentality. However, they do have to understand it in order to fulfill their purpose seeing the idea as a whole (think Tesla for example). Trailblazers create for evolution, improvement, higher heights of higher thinking. They make waves. They take what wasn't working and find ways to make things work. They find ways that don't complicate. They use tools like resourcefulness, simplicity, natural laws, and intuition all of which we have. They don't go backwards. They go forward in increments and discover what was always there but suppressed.
One must not fear from stepping away from the hive mind mentality.
That is called true Progress.

New Moon Begins & Checkmarked Boxes 5 12 2021
I can remember the exact moment when it finally hit me after a very stressful day. "Is this it? Is this all we have to live for in this existence?" This formula of linear accomplishments and meeting standards created by who knows what? Was this a life of checkmarked boxes? It felt completely empty, unfulfilling that life would be created for such purpose. It didn't make sense then at all.
That moment of realization helped me discover and wake up to it. The journey has been long. I don't know which is worse, the emotional part or the physical part. Perhaps the emotional part we might understand a little bit more as the industry created psychology had given us their take on mental constructs. But again science only declares what the powers that (no longer) be want the masses to know. In retrospect psychology is but .01% of the equation and that may all be fallible. The physical aspect (symptoms our dense body are manifesting) are more of a dilemma. We have not experienced this before. What is being represented as the medical industry is but a circus show leading us into multiple floors of revolving doors of toxic medicine as the solution. They do not know. That is why you see more pharma commercials more than ever today and at the same time the commercials telling you just what you may experience as side effects from that medicine. Are you listening? Does that make sense to you? Or are you brushing it off again?
This existence has been a grand illusion of programming of which we have been bombarded with noise and rubbish from all corners of the Earth and beyond. And the sad fact is, most of us have never questioned it. Most of us, even when the BS is staring them straight in the face, still ignore it and resume acceptance of this reality.
How do we begin to break free? Question yourself. Question your actions, thoughts. Question the propaganda. Question the well-crafted productions that those powers world has set up for you. Question your addictions. Question your thoughts. Question why you do the things you do. Confront yourself and see how "yourself" responds. Does it have a conversation or does it retaliate? Go head to head with the zombie state of mind.

(Describing in words something that cannot be described)
Let us say you did not know the color of "red." You only knew the color of "yellow."
You did not know that usually people see "red" when they look at a particular flower. You in your life so far have not seen that particular flower.
You so far have only seen yellow in everything. This yellow color doesn't make you sad or unhappy . You feel other emotions - joy, fun, playfulness, curiosity, wonder, security.
You expect everything to be yellow.
Then...
one day, like a thunder strike, you see that "red flower" everywhere. Not just a little red, but a huge splash of it.
The inner self/mind/body calculates quickly in coordination. Slight confusion because you have no concept of red. You observe others and how they react and feel when they see this flower. You absorb their reactions. You absorb their feelings. You absorb their sadness, even though you don't understand what is happening. You only absorb and understand through your environment what this red flower represents.
But in some aspect, you still deeply do not understand "red." You are only understanding "red" through the ideas of others, reactions of others, and feelings of others.
Discovering emotions = seeing the red flower for the first time = absorbing of other energy defining "red" = how you relate to red for the rest of your life.
Therefore, did "you" yourself assign emotions to red or that red flower OR did others do it for you?

What if you've grown tired of chasing? Chasing what? Chasing for riches, status, fame, accolades chasing along faster with the guy/gal next to you? Chasing to have the best house on the block? Chasing to have the finest car? Chasing to be regarded in high esteem by peers? Chasing for popularity? Chasing for acceptance? Chasing for physical beauty based on society's marketed perception? Chasing to be champions in competition? Chasing for the highest title? Chasing for another material you didn't have yesterday? Chasing for perfection? Chasing for the ultimate?
When does it end? When does the race end? What is the ultimate in the race?
I suppose the first step is to know that when or if you do achieve these things it is an absolutely temporary wave of gratification. As the song goes the thrill is gone. That energetic wave of wanting/having/not having/wanting having/not having is endless and for lifetimes can encapsulate you, enslave you, imprison you in perceiving yourself in lack mode. One might call it a disease. The disease is judgment -- judgement of yourself and others. Acknowledging this is probably the hardest part to face. Anything determined by evidence is only barely 1% of its true origin and composition. In a way I am thankful and glad I didn't pursue my studies in Archaeology. Besides all the students loans and endless days in the hot sun, I would have only fought with myself because I knew the truth: new evidence completely changes what old evidence had proven.
How can one definitively in their earthly lifetime of studies be credited with the finding of something so profound? Let's say an archaeologist found major evidence of man's existence in an area of the world. All the scientific tests were done to determine its roots and validity. But in actuality, what doesn't come into play is that that "find" is only a portion of the grand wholeness of the puzzle.
Someone might be gardening in their backyard and find a strange article and never realize it could be of major significance to the history of the universe as well. That was also a piece of the puzzle.
Could it be possible then that we, each and every one of us, in and of ourselves, hold/are evidence of grand significance to the mathematical equation of the vastness that is our universe? We each are evidence and thus pieces of the puzzle. We each are part of the computation.

There is a track that I completed with a producer colleague of mine last year during the start of this long episode we are going through now. Lyrically and musically it is, in my opinion, an ominous soundtrack to the moments we live in today. I don't know exactly when it will be released. It will be done in perfect cosmic timing. The anticipation is fun though. Lyrically and melodically it is very much an imprint of me. If I could translate in sound what I feel most of the time energetically this track would be it. On the music and production end it is top notch quality. 100% finesse on my colleague's part.

The energy has been interesting the last couple of days. Strange feeling in the air. I can't quite make it out. I didn't realize that it was a full moon two days ago which would likely account for that feeling. Feels like "things" are on pause, but nothing is ever on pause. In our dream state we are traveling everywhere though we can't recall it when we're awake. So much happening over there influencing what is happening over here though they are in the same place. There is no here or there because inside of us is everywhere.
Feels like old patterns, contructs are more dull here in 3-d, low frequency. Growing ever duller by the day. Hard to explain. It's like when you were a kid you used to love eating M&Ms or Twinkies and then years later forgot all about it. It no longer interests you not because you know as a mature adult that it's full of sugar but because you know it's "empty." It would be like eating air and what's the point of eating air when you would still be hungry (unless of course you were a breatharian.) On the other hand, as a mature adult, you might still be eating the same things as you did as a child. Your perception has not changed.
Perhaps the energy is that more people are starting to recognize the illusion. They are starting to recognize the normal patterns of this so-called life we have lived on this planet is the quality of a gust of wind. It can blow away and be blown. It can no longer solidify or materialize as it did before. The density is changing. But it can only be done through conscious recognition of the concept. If one doesn't know the knowledge, one cannot apply the knowledge.
As in the twinkie analogy, if your pattern remains the same, your world remains the same.

When you run a marathon and the finish line is nearing, people tend to finish in several different ways. Some are so tired that they keep slowing down till they finish. Some keep the same pace they have kept the whole race. Some tend to run just a little bit faster but not much. Some are able to gather all the energy they have left to give themselves a strong finish with arms in the air. Some are so exhausted they finish by rolling on the ground. Some need another runner to help them along. Some just stop, give up, and never finish the race. Some might push and shove those who are in their way.
However you finish, the marathon ends eventually. There are always the next phases after the game: awareness of completion whether celebration or disappointment; contemplation of the event experienced (positive/negative aspects), recovery/recuperation, and then complete rest until the next cycle begins whenever that is.
We are nearing the end of a marathon. No matter what, keep in your knowing the feeling of heartfelt victory and universal justice. Choose to cross the finish line in however way you wish. Know that this cycle of the battle ends soon enough.

Being street smart, having intuition and common sense takes you a long way. Being in the real world and using street smarts is where you get your deepest battle wounds and learn your most profound lessons. You cannot swim if you barely dip your toes in the water.
Growing your street smarts is what builds a greater sense of self on this journey. Looking back I appreciate the struggles and not being sheltered from the battleground. I understand the value of the metaphorical kicks and blows because through those scenarios I've bounced back without anyone else holding my hand. At the end of the day, it is you and only you living your life after all. Those are the events that keep the human spirit (YOU) resilient-- that keep YOU ALIVE.

We have been taught so very little about the human energetic field, thoughts, emotions, sound, meditation, breathing, etc. These are much bigger and broader concepts of humanity's origins far more complex than what so-called accredited industry have expounded on. The bigger the organization's push, the more to keep your eyes open about their "facts."

The texture of the reality we live in is paper thin. It can easily crumble. Unfortunately, as we were programmed to believe it is real and solid, the majority of us don't realize this and think this is "it" and live to reach a certain status quo. Just wait till the paper crumbles to bits and pieces and we see the true construction of the matrix. We can see "who" or perhaps the more appropriate word is "what" lurks behind-the-scenes. You will either be ready for it or not. Truth is indeed stranger than fiction. The key to remember is to stay strong in your mind. Never allow fear to take control of your mind. Never allow another or yourself to harvest fear. Be the Master of your own Mind.

On a quantum level, in my opinion, I would theorize that it could be because technically memories are no longer real. Why in heaven's name are we as Americans not utilizing this resource productively and wisely and spreading this benefit to the population? There should be no hunger in this country. The 3-D illusion makes us believe that higher education is in the form of an institution or establishment giving their approval of our ability and potential through issuance of a document.
Does one need a formal education to attain wisdom, strength of character, sincerity, resourcefulness, contentment, gratitude, intuition, creativity?
These are learned through experience through the school called LIFE. Lessons are learned through experience, observation, recommendations through our environment, trial and error, and determination to continue on the journey to compile more knowledge as our inner resource library grows.
The knowledge is inside of us. The knowledge is all around us. We are our own teachers. Everything around us is our teacher - people, nature, animals, and a cosmic power that connects it all. The resources are available to us. Nothing is new. This knowledge as a resource that has existed through all of existence. We are not discovering anything new. What we are discovering is the fallacy that the systems ingrained on Earth is the only way to tap into knowledge. We have been taught that figuratively there is only one library or bookstore or school that we can find this information. This is not true.

The ringing in the ears is almost constant now. Very strong especially right before sleep. It's a little bit of white noise mixed with straight tone pronounced in the right ear. At "random" times the tone is very loud. Sometimes it comes with lots of fatigue in the body. I turn off all the noise and allow my body to rest. That is all I can do until it is made clearer why this is all happening.

RESPONSIBILITY 2 10 2021 With great technology comes even greater responsibility and accountability. Higher consciousness is a pre-requisite to Growth and Evolution. Great technology in the hands of those of lower consciousness is a scenario that should be avoided at all costs.
Every answer is INSIDE of us. Every solution is INSIDE of us. Every need is fulfilled INSIDE of us. Every pathway is INSIDE of us. When we look for these things outside of us, it prolongs the feeling of dissatisfaction with every attempt to reconcile. In my vision I see the disappearance of chain coffee shops, corporate fast food restaurants, banks, gas stations and convenience stores on every corner. Instead I see Regeneration Stops. What is a regeneration stop? It would be a rest stop but a stop for our biological body. These stops would have stalls which in 5 minutes or less scan and regenerate cells to its optimum level. Energetic pick me ups without the use of caffeine or chemical substances or sugar loaded drinks. In addition, free shots of organic vegetable or fruit juices to drink or to take away. These would be run on free solar or electro magnetic energy.

What is a defined road or a straighter road when it comes to destination? Does a defined or straighter road represent a more purposeful life? Not necessarily. Do you want to drive, walk, run, skate down the same path every day? The same routine every day? No. That would be quite a boring travel. Therefore, why would you want to be on this defined, straight road in life planned and calculated which way to turn at every corner? Wouldn't that be boring.
So you are not lost if you are not on a defined, straight road. You are on a road that makes exciting glorious fun turns onto other roads. You are taking an unexpected ride. That is the joy of life.

Got no place to sit down
Can't make a reservation
Walk to another section

just reserving cups on the table

Just want my relaxation

I grew up in a Colonial-style house that was built in 1920. The owner of the home still lived in the house when my parents bought it. Her father was the original owner and she grew up in that house with her family.
It was 3 stories with a basement and 5 bedrooms and 2 full-size bathrooms.
My favorite aspects of the house: our beautiful wooden front door that had a music box connected to it. Every time it opened it would play "Oh What a Beautiful Morning." 2) Long wooden staircase 3) Screen door in the back 4) Seeing beautiful trees from the top floor bathroom 5) fireplaces although they no longer worked
No matter where I go or how luxurious accommodations I stay in, my ideal house will be the one I grew up in. It was a classic style home that was built for a family, was lovingly cared for by its original owners, and luckily transferred ownership on to my family.
Care for the things you have. Put your home in order. Don't leave a mess, but don't make it look like a rigid museum either. Give it tender loving care. That nurturing love will pass on to whomever it is destined for next.

But I would rather declare and live my life in its imperfection
Rather than be a fake, a pretender, an orchestration
Of things that we’ve been taught in school
To follow, be saved by Western rule
It has been shown through circumstances
(This is how you ought to be)
Orchestrated by modern day fools
(This is how you ought to be)
It takes huge quakes to show
(This is how you ought to live)
How people live in fallacy

If one was born and raised in a land with an unconscious mindset of living a lifestyle of excess and insatiable consumerism without consideration of impact on others and everything around them, then no doubt will one experience a dark night of the soul when that way of life disappears.
There is no other way sometimes for people to snap out of their deep programming (psychological conditioning) unless they go through drastic and dramatic life scenarios. Sometimes extreme contrast must be experienced for an impactful change to occur in one's deepest inner being. It is certainly one way to be conscious of the present moment and the lesson learned.

Souvenirs from the Storefront (Interpretation of a Dream) 01 21 2021
THE DREAM
There is an old man named Jay who sits high upon a platform in front of the window inside his store. He is in his late 70s with white hair. He runs a general store in the neighborhood that has been around for generations in his family. It is a small and beautiful store made of mostly real wood from its original construction. The huge window attracts loads of sunlight every day.
I work at Jay’s store as an intern, but today is the last day of my assignment. I am 17 years old. I am a young girl who sees the world with fresh eyes and mind.
Jay looks tired as he sits propped up behind the counter. He does not sit on a regular chair. He sits high up above the counter. It looks quite odd. I never understood why he sat there in that high perch. It looks like he sits on a throne overlooking the people who walk into the store. He sits there like he has been there for ages and he has. On the counter are little generic souvenirs with America insignia.
Jay asks me if I would like to take something home on my last day as a freebie parting gift I suppose. I guess he wants to show his appreciation for my time at the shop. I am excited and starry-eyed at the request. Nothing like this was offered to me during my time here.
I stand on my tip toes to look above the counter while talking to Jay. I see a bunch of wrapped up pencils and tell him that would be my choice. Then he tells me that I could choose something else. I look on the counter unsure if there is anything else of interest to me. I see a cute mini scratch-it pad that would go well with my pencils. I tell Jay, but he tells me in his weary voice like a man who knows the ins and outs of his business, “Take these postage stamp pads. These will be of more use to you.”
Jay gestured to me to be discreet when leaving the store with these objects. I felt like he knew I wasn’t supposed to take them, but he didn’t care. My friend arrives at the store and we walk away as I carefully hide the souvenirs under my coat.

INTERPRETATION:
Jay grew up in a typical American neighborhood – picture perfect dreams. His father owned the store that he works in today and was a well-liked , hardworking local family man. Jay enjoyed the perks of having a general store in the family. Jay’s father taught him how to run a business using fair and ethical business practices. He taught him the power of working by doing what you love and living a decent life treating people respectfully. He instilled those values in Jay. Jay eventually became the owner of the store.
But Jay wanted something different for his life: he wanted wealth, prestige, power, status, glory. He wanted it all and he wanted it FAST. He sought out to implement his master plan to acquire this all on the fast track. As years went by, Jay was offered many opportunities to expand. The business grew and grew into an enterprise with several branches. With that also came several management add-ons and changes slowly taking away more and more of Jay’s initial ownership power.
At one point, full ownership ultimately transferred to a huge corporation. The corporation knew how power-hungry Jay was. They knew like so many others just how far Jay would go to reach his destination caring not of the high cost to others. They used that against him.
They kept Jay on staff as a form of appreciation for his cooperation, but Jay truly had no say in decision making matters. The corporation allowed Jay to work at the original store which sold the souvenirs. It was literally a front though Jay refused to accept it.
The fast track to a bigger American Dream softened the light of memories of his memories as a young boy working in his dad’s store. Jay’s entry and so-called acceptance into the corporation diminished the light further.
The money and especially favors the corporation offered quickly dissolved the wholesomeness and ethics that he grew up on. Jay started reaping the benefits of the club so to speak – travels around the world, access to covert business undertakings, special VIP treatment, and dealings with many others who lived the same high life.
At the same time, he learned how their whole system worked. He learned about the dark side of the establishment. He learned what was considered “valuable” to them. He discovered the corporation did not care about accountability, ethics, or fair treatment. But his greed for power dismissed those nudges every time. He tried to shrug the dirt off his shoulders.
He learned that value to them was not equal to the definition of value to the ordinary man. He kept the knowledge and benefits within the family circle. Jay started to pull his closest family members into the web.
As Jay got deeper into the practices of the corporation, he realized he dug a hole too deep to climb out of. He underestimated how huge the corporation was and how dark the dark side of it was. The corporation became too big for him to control or negotiate with. The corporation made Jay believe he was important and powerful on the exterior. He literally and figuratively became storefront fixture – “Make him believe he is powerful. He’s so power hungry he won’t even notice,” they whispered. In Jay’s eyes, it was an exchange of mutual respect and power given to him by the corporation. In truth, it was only to feed his ego.
Even as memories started fading, he still remembered the secrets. Jay wanted so much to be a powerful and respected man in the eyes of the world. That came at a price. People around him woke up to the schemes and deceptions and discovered how he undermined so many people on his journey to the top.
He was in denial of the corporation’s mistreatment of him and their mistreatment of the outside world. He was just too tired to do anything about it at that point. In his own way, he told me like he would tell “family” to secretly take the souvenir of stamps as a display of his power. He wanted to feel like he had the power of the corporation to deem what was valuable and what was not. That was his way of trying to be a “nice guy” and at the same time act like a powerful king. The role he played in the corporation was as illusory as his storefront. You never know the quality of the goods inside until you walk in the store.
In the end, he became the victim of his own master plan.
