dream from April 15th SCRIPT WRITERS

i was teaching a small class of scriptwriters. I told them they can write a show with two versions of a show. 

For example, take a show "Bionic Woman Part 1 and Part 2 
there can be a show let's call it "Bionic Woman Saves the World." The first part of the same episode aired on Wednesday. The 2nd part of the same episode aired the following Wednesday it's conclusion let's call it.  They are the same story continued with the same characters, plot, etc. just broken up in two parts. 

The other option is to have the same show "Bionic  Woman Saves the World"  where the first part of the show is the story line of the top reference - same characters, same plot. However, the episode that airs the following week is a completely different show, different characters, different plot. They are the same actors though playing different parts in a different story. 

I saw in the dream for example the first reference: a show about a homeless woman. each episode is about her life as a homeless woman. 

In the second reference, the "show" changes abruptly and she wins the lotto. So the shows following are no longer about her as a homeless woman. She is now starring in a show about someone who is a lotto winner.
